Consumer Driven Health, called CDH, is all about helping people take control of their own health and health care expenses. This strategy combines a qualified health plan with robust health and wellness tools and tax-free account-based benefits. The end result is a more educated consumer with a benefit program that provides health care security today, and for the future. Employer groups, individuals and families can all benefit from a CDH philosophy.

About Shelly
Shelly is dedicated to helping people better understand their benefit choices, whether employer provided or individually purchased, and make educated decisions that serve their unique situation in the best way possible. With 25+ years experience in the field, she has embraced the consumer driven health philosophy as a solution to the health care and health care funding problems many people are experiencing. Knowledge being key, Shelly has earned many professional certifications and designations and uses that depth of knowledge to help people comprehend the multitude of choices available. She is active in the Arizona chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters, who’s goal is to improve the health, financial, and retirement security needs of Arizonans through education, and advocacy. She is also a former Board Member for the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
DIANA SALINAS
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Diana is a licensed Health and Life agent with 30 years’ experience in the employee benefits industry. In June 2021 she joined the team at True Choice Benefits to provide support to our clients and staff. She has in-depth knowledge of Affordable Care Act plans, rules and regulations along with grandfathered and grandmothered insurance plans. Her strength is in providing professional, personable assistance with employee changes, claims issues, billing issues and general service questions. She has also built strong relationships with the insurance carriers and TPAs with which we work so she can negotiate the best results for our clients.
